Downtown Hartford's Goodwin Square Going To Long-Awaited Auction

Goodwin Square, a marquee downtown office tower with a long-closed boutique hotel, is going to auction in May, two years after it was lost in a foreclosure. The 30-story building and 124-room Goodwin Hotel will be sold in a three-day, online auction beginning May 11, according to a listing on auction.com.
