NY retail consultant, national retailers' panel on tap at ICSC conference in El Paso

A New York retail industry consultant, a San Antonio economist, and a panel of national and local retailers make up some of the speakers at next week's International Council of Shopping Centers' retail conference in El Paso. ICSC is holding its third West Texas Idea Exchange April 22 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 600 N. El Paso, Downtown, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. A networking reception is being held April 21, 5-8 p.m., at the Downtown baseball stadium.
