The Democratic Party of York County will celebrate their new downtown York office with a ribbon cutting for First Friday. The ceremony, which will take place at 5 p.m. at 135 S. Duke St., in York, will feature Mayor C. Kim Bracey and representatives of Downtown, Inc. "After 10 years, we simply outgrew the location at 275 W. Market St.," said Bob Kefauver, the county party chairman, in a prepared statement.
