Temporary retailers 'popping up' in downtown Albany

Seven temporary retail stores are 'popping up' in downtown Albany, New York as part of an effort by city officials to showcase the opportunities entrepreneurs have in the central business district. The stores are located in and around Tricentennial Park on Broadway, the small park across from what used to be known as Kiernan Plaza.
