The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership is bringing a day of pop-up retail to Market Square tomorrow with Project Pop Up: Fashion. Men's and women's clothing, jewelry and accessories from 13 local designers, fashion trucks, screen-printing vendors and Downtown retailers will be on sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the PDP's third Project Pop Up: Fashion event.
