Brookfield Property Partners and Andrew Farkas' Island Global Yachting won a 10-year license to run the North Cove Marina in Downtown Manhattan. Farkas is Governor Andrew Cuomo's former boss , according to Capital New York, and donated $124,000 to the governor's campaign.
