Carolyn Livengood: The Redwood City Downtown Business Group invites everyone to play in the snow

The Redwood City Downtown Business Group invites everyone to come play in the snow on Dec. 6 when it kicks off the holiday season with its annual "Hometown Holidays" community festival starting at 10 a.m., rain or shine, in the downtown area. * 6:15 p.m., Caltrain Holiday Train decorated with 60,000 lights will arrive at Sequoia Station.
