HANOVER >> Take advantage of Downtown Hanover's sweet deals during its Sweet September themed Second Saturday celebration on Sept. 13. Hanover Valley Presbyterian Church will host an open mic caf from 8 to 11 p.m. featuring live music from local musicians.
