Loop 375 Border Highway West construction expected to begin in November

The Loop 375 Border Highway West extension project, which will include toll lanes, took another step forward last week and is on track for a ground breaking next month. The project will extend the Cesar Chavez Border Highway from Downtown El Paso at U.S. Highway 54 to Racetrack Drive near Doniphan Drive in West El Paso, officials said.
